Take the site FeetLoversOnly (a community for foot fanatics). It's got features like daily photo contests, fetish chat rooms, and a collection of videos from sexy foot models. Or you've got dedicated marketplaces, like the behemoth FeetFinder. 

Neither of these sites are specifically for cam shows, but each has built huge userbases purely around buying and selling foot pics and vids. They are basically OnlyFans for feet.
