Sounds hot mate 😳
Cherry.tv is between good and great right now, with only a few simple changes needed to make it a hub we could really get behind.
It has some excellent models, a novel take on gamification (by cam site standards), and slick modern streaming with 1080p support and impressive bitrates. It's picking up those 'Emerging Platform' awards for a reason.
Unfortunately, the navigation is awful - a bodged filtering system leads to poor discoverability for models.
Room to improve, but one to watch.

Cherry.tv first went live with its beta in July of 2021, so it’s pretty fresh, all things considered. As you likely know, there’s already a lot of competition in the space, so if it wants to impress us, it has to be equal to – or better than – the middle of the pack.
As much as we like new players, customers need a reason to visit.
In the year that it launched, AW and YNOT gave Cherry TV awards related to their emergent status – it hasn’t picked up anything since, but to hold a candle to the biggest players in the game this early on is a tall order.
Part of Cherry TV’s pitch is the gamification of the platform: camgirls have levels, users have incentives for sticking around and it’s supposed to feel a little more modern in its functionality and application compared to the older services.
Please note: Cherry.tv isn’t a white label. Some ‘new’ cam platforms are merely reskins that feature models who stream elsewhere – Streamate being the main source of talent. That’s not what’s going on here.
We care about numbers on all platforms, but for a newcomer – you have to have performers who are live and ready to rock.
There were exactly 200 live performers available when we checked in at 9 a.m. CET – not the busiest period, so although these figures are a little low, it’s not a severe issue. More models is certainly good, but there are diminishing returns to some degree – that doesn’t change the fact that the bigger spots have thousands of live streamers, so Cherry TV still has a lot of catching up to do.
If you go back and read the launch copy provided by Cherry.tv, they said that the platform would be inclusive and allow women, men, trans and couples to stream. Couples were eventually enabled, trans streamers are offered – but currently, guys cannot stream on Cherry.tv unless they’re in a couples’ show.
Most readers won’t be worried about the demographic breakdown, but it’s worth making very clear early on: if you’re not here for solo girl cams, there are very few options available.
180 of the 200 streams available here were in the female category – Cherry.tv is dominated by girls.
Sadly, filtering is quite difficult – as is filtering and sorting the results that you get. By default, the most popular girls are shown near the top, so you’re drawn toward the best of the best that offer live sex.
There are a few categories here so you can hone in on what you want, but it’s difficult and cumbersome to filter through them – more on this later.
What we will say is that a huge quantity of the camgirls here are Latina. This shouldn’t surprise too many readers: Colombians contribute a huge amount of live performers to these types of platforms, and of the top 20 ladies here who had a country listed, 17 of them were from Colombia.
Show performances here are better than average: the camgirls are running good equipment, lighting and environments that let you know they’re serious about their jobs. Plenty of girls here have toy tip menu interfaces too: this is when you can contribute a few tokens to activate a Lovense or OhMiBod.
If a camgirl has a toy available, the little symbol in the bottom right-hand corner will appear. Lots of girls here have their toys on and ready for activation. Sex toys here are more common than on any other platforms.
Despite male shows being promised when the platform first launched, they’re not available right now – we’re skeptical that they’ll ever be enabled. If you’re hunting for some man-meat, go elsewhere.
Just five streams were in the trans section – one of them was a cis woman who had incorrectly tagged herself. Real slim pickings here, but at least there are some TS models available if this is your niche of choice. We can’t really make too many inferences regarding origin, but it seems that Latina, Pinay and Thai girls are the most common here.
There were seven streams for couples – two of these featured trans girls too.
One of the other shows featured two ladies together and the rest were cis men with cis women. Looking at the offline feeds, guy/girl seems to be the most common type of couple show here. There’s a real mixed bag of origins here: the lesbians were curvy Latvians, one cis couple came from Russia and an African American couple were also streaming from California.
We didn’t see any offline shows that featured more than two people, but there might be one or two.
Overall, we don’t think the volume of couples here makes it an attractive spot to pick up these types of feeds – especially when spots like BongaCams average 70 couples at any one time.
Cherry.tv has a good amount of free content – you’ll see women using sex machines, vibrators and teasing dildos orally all in free, open chats.
There’s no pressure for you to contribute money on quite a few streams, but a few camgirls will opt to keep their X-rated activities behind a paywall. Those that do put on free shows rely on tips and toy activations to make their living – you can buy a small quantity of tokens here and get a lot of fun with them.
Plenty of these available – it’s rare that women are only available behind a paywall.
Whether girls are baring all non-stop or waiting for some private session prompts, they’ll hang out in public chat and talk, play with themselves or tease you in other ways. There’s a chat area and you can send messages – note that your level will appear next to your name, so camgirls can see how much you contribute to performances.
Don’t expect to get much attention if you’re level 1 – the performers will know that you’re not a big spender.
Want to head into a private session? Here’s what you’ll see:
General private shows can have levels set by the models, so you’ll have to have a certain amount of tokens before you can jump into a session with them.
We saw minimums ranging from 5 to 10 minutes – it seems as if you’re required to commit to at least 5 minutes at a time, but models can increase this number if they want.
There’s a decent range of price levels: we saw some girls charging 10 tokens per minute, others up at 100.
A look at the top 20 girls here saw prices average around 30 tokens – they’re around 10 cents each, so you’re going to pay somewhere between $2 and $3 per minute for most girls here. There are deals to be had with newer and less popular girls though, so don’t be afraid to scroll down and get yourself a deal.
As the prompt reveals: others can spy on your show if you don’t go for the exclusive option. Cam to cam also isn’t offered in the standard private format.
This enables cam to cam for free, plus no one can become a voyeur.
You’ll pay a premium for the privilege in most instances, but it depends on the model in question. Some charge twice as much, others only add on an extra 15%. It’s also possible to disable either – most have both offered, but a few only offer exclusive private show access.
We appreciate that you can take a quick look for 15 seconds without committing any funds – there’s always the chance that what’s happening behind the veil isn’t to your liking.
As a voyeur, you’ll pay a discounted rate for access: the above model was 15 tokens per minute, but we can tune in for 10.
You sacrifice your ability to interact with the model, though. Audio is offered, but you can’t send messages or turn your cam on.
Simple concept that you’re likely familiar with: you’ll queue yourself up for access to a group session, where only those who have paid get access. It’s a one-time fee and so long as enough people have signed up, the group action will begin.
These aren’t too popular as a format on Cherry TV, but we did spot a few group shows that we could partake in for $5 or $10. Cheap thrills.
Since Cherry TV is new to the space, we expect it to deliver in the quality department. Too many dated cam sites these days offer 720p as their top-end option.
Thankfully, Cherry.tv supports 1080p, and the bitrates are solid. We picked out half a dozen streams and found an average bitrate of 3 Mb/s through to 4.5 Mb/s – support for this is exactly what we want, it’s definitely competitive, and you can feel the difference between here and other spots we’ve reviewed that only offer 720p.
The streams can look fantastic and clear with the right cameras and settings. Curiously, we found one lesbian couple that had automatic blurring technology for the background. That’s the first time we’ve seen this used in the camming space!
As you go further down the list of available camgirls, the prevalence of 1080p reduces a little, but a lot of what we care about is what this place offers camgirls as a format – if they choose to stream in a lower quality, that’s sort of on them.
Our biggest complaint is that there’s no way to alter the resolution of the stream: what you see is what you get. For most users this is fine, but if you’re on a chopper connection or have a data limit, you might prefer a 720p or 480p stream. We’d encourage Cherry TV to offer at least one other lower quality format.
All in all though, good stuff.
Rival camming platforms have robust systems in place for you to filter and organize the camgirls that they host: Cherry.tv is stone cold last when it comes to this – they have one category area and that’s it.
It’s not even accessible via the sidebar – you have to navigate away from the cams using a button on the side panel to access the poor number of niches they have.
Some of these are relatively average niches too – such as ‘perfect ass’. There are categories for MILFs and cougars too – is there really much of a difference between those two categories?
Cherry.tv should completely revamp this part of their platform: navigation here is awful.
We’re really surprised that they didn’t do a little market research and opt for approaches taken by most other platforms. No sorting either – camgirls are organized based on something akin to camscore, but you can’t opt for time online, price per minute or anything else. This is by far the biggest issue that Cherry TV has.
Things are better when you jump into a show, and the interface is decent. The gamification side of things is really quite obvious:
While most cam platforms have gifts, they’re generally not a core part of the experience: that’s not the case with Cherry TV.
You’re encouraged to send sushi, cherries, vases and Shibas. The interface is incredibly responsive when you do send these tokens over too: you can spam gifts and make a bunch of annoying noises for everyone else to hear.
You’ll level up when you send gifts and models level up when they receive them. Your level is displayed next to your name, so girls will use this as a way to find out who to pay attention to and interact with. Don’t like being level 1? Then buy some gifts and get to contributing!
The biggest fumble here is the lack of dedicated toy activation interface.
Models have to opt for an overlay on their stream – it’s less than ideal. It’s a shame too, because a lot of models have toys that you can trigger here. Prices start for a single token, so that’s just 10 cents.
We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again: the sites with the best toy interfaces have poor pricing and the sites with the best prices have poor interfaces. Doh!
Overall, we like Cherry TV’s interface. It’s pretty easy to work out what to click and when – it’s a little busy, but after spending a few minutes here, you’ll get the hang of how it all works.
Here’s what the homepage of Cherry TV looks like when you visit on a mobile:
The advert in the middle is a little annoying, but the use a lot of the screen real estate to showcase stream thumbnails – that’s what we like to see.
The best part about the mobile site is the way the platform handles horizontal streams on vertical devices.
When you load up a show, you’ll be able to resize and zoom in on a specific area. It’s our preferred way of handling this: other places can just zoom in on the middle and offer no ability to change the focus point, so if a model’s off to the side or lying down, you can miss out on some of the action.
The loading speeds here are fantastic and the interface is smooth and simple to use.
Categories still suck though...
Let’s talk a little about the extra bits and bobs that you’ll come across.
This feature shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone: there are interactive sex toys here, and you can send tips in order to activate them.
Support is provided for a number of devices, but OhMiBod and Lovense are the most common. One girl even had a sex machine that you could fiddle with – pretty cool stuff. Sadly, there’s no dedicated interface for activating toys, so models rely on stream overlays.
Tokens are about 10 cents each, so you can send a few pulses at pretty competitive rates.
If you’re willing to splurge, you’ll get quite the reaction from whichever girl you’re watching.
Most of the top performers on Cherry TV have toys available. You’ll also activate the toys if you send them the gifts – this is a recent addition, and although it’s not perfect, it’s still a major improvement over no integration.
A little gamification exists here: you’ll level up as you spend tokens.
Your level is shown across the website – models also have one, so you can see who’s new and who’s established on the platform.
You’re incentivized to spend here to increase your ranking. Note that you only level up when you spend your credits – not at the point of buying them. If you sign up for the VIP program, you’ll get a EXP boost of 10%.
You get 10 experience for every token that you gift. There are seasons every few months too, with various quests for you to complete and rewards as a result.
It’s something different – whether or not it benefits the user or has a place on a platform like this is another question.
It doesn’t really take away from the platform, so we’re not going to deduct points or anything like that. They’re taking a lot of pages out of gaming books – practically every free to play game these days has seasonal events and quests for you to complete.
This is a VIP feature: you’ll get a bunch of benefits for a monthly fee.
The first time you sign up for Club Cherry, you’ll be rewarded with 200 free tokens and 1600 EXP. You’ll also receive a special badge, frames and some other goodies. Here’s the prompt you’ll receive:
The one-time offer is pretty sweet – it pays for itself.
Whether or not it’s worth staying on after that is up for you to decide. Try it out for 30 days and see how it goes!
If we put pay-to-play hubs at a 1 (MyDirtyHobby) and freemium bliss spots at a 10 (Chaturbate), we’d rank Cherry at around a 7.
If you’re not a user that wants to pay, you’ll still be able to come here and get your rocks off. The leveling system means that models likely won’t pay attention to your messages, but if you’re happy to sit back and watch – no problem.
We think that there are better spots with a higher percentage of fully free shows, but Cherry is up there with the best when it comes to free action.
Private rates are reasonable – nothing to write home about, but with plenty of camgirls here at $2 to $3 per minute – that’s well in line with what we’d expect, especially given the quality of some of the top performers.
Just remember that for many of these shows, you’re locked in for 5 or 10 minutes as a minimum – that would be our only complaint. If you’re trying out a new girl and she’s not doing much of what you ask for, 10 minutes of credit draining is hardly ideal.
For new users, you’re prompted to purchase bonus bundles with gaming-style donations in addition to credits for your first charge. They claim it’s $16 worth of value for $2 – we’re not sure how this benefits the user.
Let’s look at regular token purchases and how much they’ll set you back in USD:
There’s not a huge discount going from the 550 token purchase to the 1,150 token package – you get an extra 50 for buying in bulk.
Cherry TV offers the following payment methods:
You’ll actually receive a discount if you purchase with cryptocurrency: we were quoted $95 worth of ETH to purchase 1150 tokens – that’s $5 off the credit card rate.
We favor crypto payment methods and appreciate that you get a deal at the same time.
PayPal rates were the same as card.
Straight from the website’s terms of service:
16.4: Refunds.
All sales and transactions are final. Payments are nonrefundable and fully earned on receipt. There are no refunds or credits for unused Virtual Money. If you are unhappy with a transaction with an operator, please inform the operator. If there is a technical error on the Website, we will work with you to resolve it.
Sorry, no refunds.
Third-party billers are used for payments.
If your payment is processed by Epoch, it is fully discreet. If it uses SegPay, there is a reference that gives a small hint towards it being an adult purchase.
Someone would need to go to a lot of effort to work this out, so unless it’s an annoying spouse, you should be fine.
For clarity, we think it’s fair to say that Cherry.tv’s billing is only partially discreet.
Some things are great about Cherry TV – other things need work.
We genuinely feel that this could be a top-tier destination if they bothered to restructure their categories, added some filtering/sorting tools and had a dedicated menu for sex toys.
This is a new platform, but it’s not that new – they’ve had around three years to make improvements, and the grace period of “yeah, we’re going to make changes and fix everything!” is slowly starting to fade.
Cherry.tv is better than average: the quality of girls here is a real selling point, as is the fact that they don’t charge extreme rates for private sessions. Whether you’re a paying customer or someone who wants some free content, Cherry.tv is good at providing both.

Cherry.tv offers a 800% bonus offer for new members. Sadly it's capped with a low initial deposit.
Cherry.tv is active on both Twitter and Instagram, posting daily teasers for its popular models. This platform is clearly in the middle of a cross-platform marketing drive.
Cherry.tv is in the business of innovation. While it competes with both freemium and premium sites, we'd compare it to the new modern breed of platforms like StripChat, CamSoda and Warehouse X.

I thought going private cam2cam on Cherry.tv would be like a personalized sexy experience. Turns out, it’s mostly me trying not to look like a complete idiot on my webcam while she’s doing all the work. At one point, she asked if I wanted her to keep going or if I just wanted to vent about my ex lolll. I mean, I didn’t say no.
